How long will it take to ship my order and where will it be shipped from?

We carry approximately 15,000 items from over 25 artisans, embroiderers, jeweler's, engraver's and manufacturer's.

The number of products and specific items in your order will determine whether your order will be shipped directly from our supplier or coordinated and shipped from our distribution center in California. These factors will greatly influence the deliver time of your order. In stock items will be shipped in approximately 2-3 days. Some orders may contain items from a variety of different suppliers and may take between 2-3 weeks before they are available to ship from our warehouse. Some items that are shipped directly from our supplier will ship via USPS or UPS. Depending on the items ordered, you may receive multiple shipments.

Is it safe to use a credit card on-line?

The YourBreedStore server uses 'Secure Socket Layer' (SSL) this allows us to use secure data encryption, so it's as safe as placing an order by telephone. Your order will be confirmed and issued an order number via email.

What is your return policy?

Products may be returned within 30 days from the date of your order.

Calendars must be unopened and in it's original condition.

There is a 25% restocking fee on most returns.

All custom and personalized products......... embroidered items, wood carved, watches, toys, rings and 14K Gold are non-returnable.

We will refund shipping costs if the return is the result of our error.

Returned Calendars must be unopened.

The majority of our products can be shipped internationally. We accept Visa, Mastercard & International Money Orders for items being shipped outside the U.S.
